I want to acknowledge a very special person, JESSICA MILLER who has supported the NRO Foundation every year for the past 7 years. Jessica passed away very suddenly on December 28, 2009 at the young age of 28. She will always have a special place in our hearts and to those who knew and loved her. Jessica had a kind heart and a beautiful soul and will never be forgotten for her kindness.
